There’s something weirdly satisfying about painting high-contrast skin, whether Ork, bug, or Scotsman.

Wrinkles and veins and dark shadows sketched out on the hands, hopefully as though fairly starkly-lit from above, stage-right. I think this guy may be up to no good.

One (1) human face has been tentatively and moodily begun, skin only, and still looking as though it’s exuding its own shadow. Can a face hide inside itself?
Still in the sketchy phase, the bright points of the non-metallic metal are booped into some likely positions. Once again the skin highlight is probably too bright for the metal to read bright enough in comparison, we’ll see how it looks after a few passes.
