Little bit of a contrast boop.

Some paler greens and yellows are applied to the mini for a bit of tonal variation and highlighting on various upward facing pointy bits. Really hard to tell if it’s having the desired effect when you insist on painting green while knowing you have red/green colour blindness. Why do you do that, you numpty? Blue is right there. ‘Spider-Man Noir With The Rubik’s Cube’ needs to be added to my personal Darmok language.

A friendly giant space wizard arrives on the painting handle, gatling gun safely lowered, admonishing subject or subjects unseen with a raised finger. He’s wearing what appears to be a cooking apron and has presumably been interrupted while baking biscuits.
The mini’s bib, gun and chic accessories are blacked out while the armour was given an initial dark green base tone and progressively airbrushed with yellow highlights. Violet ink shades the deepest shadows.
The little man has a little face, the blue of his eyes may or may not be launching an invasion of his cheekbones. Need to step up my squinting and go in for a second pass 😬
A cream-y tabard starts to appear. Very Knights Templar-y, which is always a worry. No doubt hammered together from the very bones of his enemies, those darned teens. It just needs a few cool dinosaur stickers or something on it.
