Definitely not ideal to hear debris rolling around inside the house in the wee small hours. Looks like at least a couple of tiles gone. Could have been worse from the noise of it.
Pretty sure the To Let sign next door will be attached to a different house in the morning.
Something down the street a bit just made quite an expensive sounding noise.
Slightly worrying roof sounds in the Big Wind.
Gulls stomping about in the snow, screaming for a fight.
Annoyingly, the thing I like most in this WIP shot is the texture palette 😅
The little kid that drives my brain is 100% going to sit looking out over the back of the sofa with a big mug of tea.
The gulls are out and bullying, even in the cold.
On the plus side: perfect for early morning garden coffee.
Woolly-hat-indoors weather.

Die Hard the obvious Christmas Eve film, Die Hard 2 the obvious Christmas Day film. Such a shame they never made another film in the series.
Left it a good two hours after binging on turkey to start into turkey sandwiches. Basically dieting.
I stopped sharing ‘AI art’ a good while ago due to training data issues that that range all the way to outright and verifiable theft, but it’s hard to deny that it’s getting really properly good. The programmer and writer in me knows that it’s only a matter of time before my own work and hobby creativity are irreparably impacted or replaced. But the teenager that still lives deep in my brainbox knows that he would have papered every wall with drawings like this one… https://mastodon.ie/@dmcgk/111629898944622888
The festive season is officially well underway now, first box of Lindt Lindor truffles opened.
“Black blood of the earth!”
